1 Minor Incident in 2011, Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica. 50 feet above landing, the compressor failed a normal landing was performed. Upon landing, aircraft skidded forward several feet too far. The main rotor cut a branch of a coconut tree. The cutting of branch did not interfere with aircraft itself or cause any damage. Incident reported per JCAA regulations. After this incident, both the engine and main rotor were replaced, which is reflected in other documentation. Logbook repair entries for replacements of engine and rotor are available
